Our Kettlebell class is tailored for individuals aged 50+ who want to build strength, improve mobility, and enhance their overall fitness. This class incorporates a mix of kettlebells, dumbbells, barbells, bodyweight exercises, and cardio to help you develop functional strength, better posture, and increased flexibility.
